At Anothersole, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all packaging.

Prepare the Package
Place the shoes back in their original dust bag and shoebox, ensuring the product is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
